Something Something

Steffi aka Something Something is a relative newcomer to the DnB scene, having started DJing and producing only at the start of 2019. But this came after many years of raving, making her a familiar face everywhere from Fabric to Let It Roll. She feels all the years on the dance floor has given her a good grounding in knowing instinctively what works to get people moving. After seeing one of Andy C’s legendary sets at his XOYO residency, she finally had the epiphany and decided to start doing it herself. The tune production started not long after and since then she’s thrown herself completely into the music, racking up DJ gigs around the world and honing her studio skills. Her first gig was at the longest running Drum and Bass night in NYC; Konkrete Jungle. 

Although new to the game, she has already played the USA, Prague, Spain and the UK. She also pulled off an impressive win at the DJ competition in Croatia at Hospitality on the Beach last year, beating almost 40 other DJ’s over multiple rounds. Steffi undoubtedly earned her prize of playing on one of the big stages at the festival. Now with her first release out on Elevate and a number of fresh tracks soon to drop on respected labels, Something Something is definitely a little something something to look out for.
