Blondy is known for her high energy selections behind the decks. Shes been playing ragga drum and bass and jungle since early 2021.
Recently shes become more immersed in the fast pace genre of raggatek & jungletek and getting dark and deep playing dub, steppa’s and grime. She is heavily influenced by labels like Jungle Cakes, Riot Dubs, Deep in the Jungle, Tribe of Dub, Born on Road and Dub Shotta.

She’s played at a number of different nights held across South Wales and in Bristol in the last 2 years, supporting the finest in the music scene including; LTJ Bukem, Aries, Dwaine Whyte, Coco Bryce, Kelvin 373, Upgrade, Bennie, Arkala Dre, FFSYTHO, Kara, Frenzee & Mr. Traumatik, Toby Ross, Carasel, Original Sin, Bou, K-Motionz and Hybrid Minds.

Whilst her sound pivots around sub genres and other bass music, Blondy still sets out to create a degree of uniqueness to each and every one of her mixes.
Diagnosed with Arthritis and Fibromyalgia during childhood, a condition that she once struggled to accept, it has now become centric to her career. Her alias serves as both a reminder with her past existing music life and her pre-existing life with her hyperactive, bubbly and adrenaline-fulled approach to DJing living in perfect harmony with her equally high-octane set style.
Mighty but mellow Blondy is also heavily affiliated with Cardiffs very own pioneering independant Streetwear collective ‘Concrete junglists’, whose mission of bringing a “extra dimension of fresh, delightful, polished sounds to our already beautiful dance music culture” navigates her ambitions in the industry.
