Danielle Clarke aka LUNAR is a Sheffield based Drum & Bass DJ from the South West. She is currently spinning about in the steel city dropping dark, weighty and techy inspired Drum and Bass. Although LUNAR spans a large amount of the dnb spectrum in her sets, her love for old school jump up as a younger teen can be seen through her selection of jump up inspired tunes throughout her sets. Since moving to Sheffield in 2016 she has affiliated herself strongly with THE TUESDAY CLUB, Hope Works, The Wub Club and 23 Degrees.
Not only has LUNAR stomped her way through the Steel City scene but has left her mark further afield. She made her debut at NASS Festival back in 2019, supporting the likes of Spectrasoul, Break, Rockwell, Klute, Sustance and more on the Renegade Stage. Other support credits include Shy FX, Kyrist, LSB, Levela, Turno, Noisia, and Black Sun Empire to name a few.
2020 has been a little cow for the events industry. However, LUNAR has not let this stop her from making herself known. Having recently been signed to Nottingham based agency, Submerged, you can expect to see LUNAR branching out to play sets in more cities once events return. Who knows what’s next for this astronomical purple haired siren?
