Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, missledz relocated to the UK in 2017 with an intention to immerse herself in the rich music culture for which it’s renown. With a reputation for eclectic, energetic and technical DJ sets, she has graced the decks at institutions such as Cross Club, The Volks, Steelyard, Thekla, Purple Turtle and more.
2020 has seen missledz release on labels such as Noxious Records, Strictly Deep DNB and Bare Necessity Records. Her tracks have received support from artists such as Fre4knc, Quadrant & Iris, Revaux, Dilemma, and Toronto is Broken, and several of these have notably received airplay on René LaVice’s BBC Radio 1 show. Additionally, she has curated guest mixes for a Down Under special on René’s BBC Radio 1 show, BPM Artist Agency, Data Transmission, DNB France, Reprezent Radio, the Brum & Bass Show, Studio 808 and more.
missledz was also involved in the inaugural Dub Wars production battle and has also joined Bristol collectives Rotations and Concrete Jungyals as a resident. The future is looking bright, with a number of releases and collaborations in the pipeline.
